贸促〔2021〕0403号预警信息：美国ITC发布对墨盒及其组件(I)的337部分终裁

7月6日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定墨盒及其组件(I)（Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof(I)，337-TA-1259）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2021年6月22日作出的初裁（No.7）不予复审，即七位列名被告中国广东Ninestar Corporation of Zhuhai Guangdong, China纳思达集团、中国广东Ninestar Image Tech Limited of Zhuhai Guangdong, China纳思达股份有限公司、美国Ninestar Technology Company, Ltd., of Chino, CA、美国Static Control Components, Inc., of Sanford, NC、美国Easy Group, LLC, of Irwindale, CA、美国LD Products, Inc., of Long Beach, CA、美国The Supplies Guys, Inc., of Lancaster, PA为缺席被告。
